We would like to inform you about the protection measures taken by the hotel to prevent the transmission of COVID-19,

KEY MEASURES

  • Take care of the hygiene of your hands,
  • using antiseptics,
  • avoiding handshakes,
    Observe the required body distances,
  • Avoid hand contact with the face
  • Observance of personal and respiratory hygiene measures.

ACTION PLAN

It is the written presentation of the precautionary measures taken for the whole accommodation and its individual parts. The management of the accommodation has appointed a coordinator to supervise the implementation of the Action Plan.

HOTEL RECEPTION – CHECK IN PROCEDURE

Hygiene and Antiseptic Measures: When the customer enters the accommodation, hand antiseptic is performed.
Front temperature measurement: there is a possibility of thermal control during the Check in of our customers.
Daily thermal inspections are performed on all our employees.
Contactless Check-In: The hotel has adopted the practice of contactless Check-in. All the necessary data are sent by the customer electronically for maximum security.

Mandatory extension of Check-out and Check-in duration between stays (Check out until 11.00 am and Check in from 3.00 pm).

Payments: Possibility of electronic payment of accommodation expenses, electronic sending of bills, invoices and receipts. Ability to use P.O.S. in all financial transactions.

Remote control of electrical / electronic devices, information accompanying documents: Remote controls as well as other devices are disinfected after each departure.

Room keys are delivered after disinfection.

The newsletters are on display and do not come in contact with customers.

At the Reception of the accommodation are installed and provided:
a) Special equipment (medical kit) in case of suspicious case, such as gloves and simple surgical masks for use, antiseptics, cleaning wipes, apron, long-sleeved robe, laser thermometer.
c) disinfectants, masks and gloves for customers if they request it.
d) Regular disinfection of the Reception surfaces.
e) Proper arrangement of the furniture and proper management of the queue in order to reduce the waiting time.

Avoid overcrowding during Check-in / Check-out and keep distances.
g) Posting reminder signs for the correct observance of the hygiene rules.

MEASURES OF NATURAL DISTANCES

  • Safety distances have been posted throughout the hotel.
  • Guests are informed to keep a distance of at least 2m. from other guests who do not travel with them to all areas of the property.
  • The tables and chairs are placed at the appropriate distance between each family or group of guests, according to the instructions of the authorities. The bar stools have been removed to ensure the necessary physical distance.
  • The restaurant managers supervise the observance of the distances.

ELECTRONIC INFORMATION

Additional information is provided via e-mail, the official website of the accommodation and the Social Networking Pages.

PUBLIC PLACES

  • Carry out frequent cleaning and disinfection of all areas and surfaces such as,
  • Reception, door handles, shared toilets, room keys, stair railings, dining areas and sitting areas. It is highly recommended to all customers to use the toilet in their room and not the communal ones.
    Hand sanitizers are provided at all hotel entrances, reception, public areas.
  • All areas of the lounge and restaurants are constantly open for air circulation and renewal.
  • We recommend avoiding the use of the elevator, recommend only one person at a time, unless they are members of the same group or family

KITCHEN – RESTAURANT – BAR

  • Operation of restaurant, bar, etc. in accordance with the current legal framework.
  • Adherence to basic measures to prevent transmission of coronavirus – COVID-19 by staff.
  • Providing hand sanitizer at the entrance of the buffet and control by the staff that it is used by the customers.
  • Observance of required distances when serving customers at the buffet.
  • The buffet is served only by the catering staff, who will bring the appropriate M.A.P. and observes the basic measures to prevent the transmission of coronavirus – COVID-19.
  • Washing napkins, tablecloths and a set of cutlery even those that were not used.
  • Linen is used only for disposable tablecloths, napkins.
  • The minimum number of people based on square meters is observed as defined by the current legislation.
  • Only packaged individual accompaniments are provided at the bar for drinks.

ACCOMMODATION ROOMS

  • The rooms are cleaned according to the provisions of the Health Protocols. Adherence to a cleaning and disinfection program, according to no. Δ1γ / Γ.Π / οικ 19954 / 20.03.2020 circular of the Ministry of Health. Particular attention is paid to frequent contact surfaces (eg knobs, tables, bedside tables, etc.).
    Cleaning and ventilation of the room during the hours between stays.
  • All rooms of the accommodation are naturally ventilated and remain empty for 72 hours until the next arrival of a customer.
  • Removal of commonly used objects, such as menus, TV shows, magazines, etc.
  • Fabric surfaces (eg furniture upholstery) are cleaned with a steam device (temperature> 70 °). Washing fabrics, bedding and towels in hot cycles (70oC or more) with standard detergents.
  • Abolition of daily change of clothes and towels
  • The change of clothing and towels will be done only at the request of the customer. Frequent cleaning of the room during the stay (avoiding contact of cleaning workers with a possible case and further transmission), except at the request of the customer.
  • Application of special cleaning instructions in case of case according to the respective Instructions of EODY.

CLEANING & DISINFECTION PRODUCTS

  • Our hotel uses approved cleaning products against viruses and bacteria and follows protocols that meet the instructions of EODY. Cleaning trolleys are disinfected after each shift.
  • P.O.S. Terminals disinfected after each use.
  • Tables, bars, stools, chairs, etc. disinfected after each use.
  • Food storage containers are disinfected after each use.
  • Food, beverage and coffee stations are disinfected at least once an hour.
  • The kitchens are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at least once a day.

EDUCATION AND OBLIGATIONS OF EMPLOYEES

  • The Aloni hotel & Spa has received the official state certification “Health First” protocols of health content.All the staff and the coordinator of the accommodation have a training program for the health protocols of the tourist accommodation.
  • All employees follow the rules of personal hygiene.
  • In case of illness, they stay at home as a precaution.
